1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the HADDLEY & COOPER website, operated by H&C ONLINE, a company registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 991 746 421, whose registered office is located at 24 rue Garnier Pagès, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés.
These terms and conditions apply to any order placed on the website www.haddley-cooper.fr by a private or professional customer, in France or abroad.
2. Products
HADDLEY & COOPER offers for sale essential products: hygiene, food, cleaning, etc.
The products are presented with a precise description. The photographs are not contractual but representative. Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. HADDLEY & COOPER reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives an order confirmation email. HADDLEY & COOPER reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or total or partial non-payment.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
Payment is secured via encryption protocols that comply with current standards.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and in the areas specified on the website.
- Estimated delivery times are indicated during the ordering process.
- Calculated according to the destination and weight of the package.
- The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to raise any concerns within 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions (opened, perishable or hygiene products).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
8. Guarantees
All products sold are covered by legal guarantees:

In the event of a defective product, the customer can request repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Responsibility
HADDLEY & COOPER cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product, or from a case of force majeure.
