Delivery Policy
1. Delivery methods
- GLS FlexDelivery
Home delivery in 24 to 48 hours. Customers receive an email and SMS alert as soon as the order is shipped, with a link allowing them to modify the delivery at any time: date, location, or delivery to a collection point (GLS Relay).
- GLS Relay
Delivery to a Relay Point® or a "Neighborhood Relay". The customer chooses the relay point after payment of their order.
2. Delivery times
- For home deliveries via GLS FlexDelivery: delivery in 24-48 hours in mainland France (working days).
- For parcels to GLS Relay: the standard delivery time applies, then availability at the relay point upon delivery.
⚠️ If exceptional events (bad weather, periods of high demand, strikes, etc.) disrupt transport, delays may be extended; H&C Online cannot then guarantee the 24-48 hour delivery time, but will do its best to keep the customer informed.
3. Monitoring & alerts
- As soon as the shipment is made, the customer receives an email and an SMS containing a tracking link.
- Through this link, the customer can:
change the delivery date or address,
redirect to another delivery location (home, work, other address),
choose a GLS collection point (GLS Relay).
This flexibility makes it easier to receive the package, even if the recipient is not present.
4. Free delivery & shipping

Free delivery for all orders over €180 (standard delivery, mainland France).
- For deliveries to other areas in Europe or the rest of the world, free delivery applies to purchases of €400 or more .
- Below these thresholds, delivery charges are applied and calculated according to the current rate (indicated when placing the order).
5. Geographical areas
- Free delivery from €180: Metropolitan France (home or GLS relay) .
- Free delivery from €400: other areas in Europe or international .
- The indicated delivery times (24–48 hours) apply to mainland France only; for international areas, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and any customs formalities.
6. Modification or redirection of delivery
After shipment, the customer can freely modify the order via the provided tracking link:
- the delivery address,
- delivery date,
- the delivery method (home ↔ GLS relay point),
depending on the availability of GLS services in the destination area.
7. Collection at a Relay Point® or Voisins-Relais
- The customer selects the GLS relay point after payment of the order .
- He receives an email/SMS notification when the package is available at the relay point.
- The package must be collected within the time frame indicated by GLS, in accordance with the collection procedures.
8. Responsibilities & Conditions
- H&C Online collaborates with the carrier GLS to ship orders. Once the package is handed over to GLS, GLS is responsible for the delivery.
- In case of delay, loss or damage, the customer must contact GLS directly — or H&C Online if the order was placed via our customer service — in order to initiate a claim.
- H&C Online is committed to providing GLS with all the necessary information (correct address, telephone number, email) to guarantee delivery.
9. Entry into force
This delivery policy applies to all orders placed from 07/12/2025. H&C Online reserves the right to modify it at any time; the applicable version will be the one online on the website at the time of the order.
