1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a selection of essential products: hygiene, cleaning, basic food, body care, household products, as well as other everyday essentials. We select useful, affordable, high-quality products with fast delivery.

Simply browse our website, add the products you want to your cart, and then confirm your order by following the secure payment steps. A confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is complete.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at infos@haddleycooper.com. If the order is already being processed or shipped, we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify it.

7. Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes, we deliver to several European countries. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Contact us for any specific international requests.

8. I have not received my order, what should I do?

If the delivery time has passed and you have not received your package, check the status via the tracking link. If necessary, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

9. The product received is damaged or does not correspond to my order. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us with your order number, a photo of the affected product, and a brief description of the problem. We will promptly provide you with a solution (replacement or refund).

10. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Some products, such as hygiene, food, or previously opened items, are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

11. How do I get a refund?

Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund you using the same payment method used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days.

12. How do I create a customer account?

You can create an account at any time by clicking “Create an account” at the top of the site. There, you can track your orders, manage your addresses and payment methods, and access exclusive offers.
