Returns and Refunds

At HADDLEY & COOPER , we do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if a product does not suit you or if you have changed your mind, you have a right of withdrawal which we scrupulously respect, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

You may return any product ordered on our website within fourteen calendar days from the date you received your order. This period applies to individual customers only. Returned products must be intact, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as food, personal care products, or personal hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.

Before any return, you must contact us at the following address: [contact email address], specifying your order number and the products concerned. We will inform you of the procedure to follow. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to HADDLEY & COOPER (e.g., defective product or shipping error).

Once the package has been received and checked, we will refund the returned item(s) within a maximum of fourteen days, using the same payment method used when ordering. No refund will be issued if the returned products do not meet the conditions mentioned above.

In the event of a damaged, non-compliant, or missing product upon delivery, it is imperative that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos if possible. We will do what is necessary to provide you with a rapid solution, either by returning the product or by refunding it, whichever you prefer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for any returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
